Start with player-multi at 32–48px, or player-single if the camera already fills the lower third.

Anchor bottom-center or bottom-left after reserving webcam, alerts, and chat.

Can I reuse this source in a vertical scene?

Create a separate 1080×1920 source. Stretching one Overlay between 16:9 and 9:16 usually breaks placement.
