LAYOUT RECOMMENDER

Pick a layout from the scene you actually have.

StreamLyric has 3 layouts. This recommender maps orientation, space, context, 3D preference, and plan tier onto player-single, player-multi, or lyrics-3d using the same Overlay limits as the product.

Default recommendation

Recommended layout: player-multi. Use a 1920×1080 canvas and reserve lower-third or now-playing space. Multi-line or 3D layouts keep surrounding lines for reading.

The recommender only ever returns one of 3 shipped layouts: player-single, player-multi, or lyrics-3d. Colors and fonts are controls on those three, not extra layouts.

How it decides

Orientation and space set the ceiling. A narrow strip after cameras and comments favors player-single. Room for surrounding lines favors player-multi. lyrics-3d is a stage look, not a way to fit more text.

Context need breaks the tie. If viewers should read the line before and after, multi-line wins. If a single current line is enough, single-line uses the least vertical space.

Plan limits are part of the answer

Free flattens 3D rotation to rotateY 0 and keeps Karaoke off, so recommending lyrics-3d on Free is honest only about the flattened look. Trial and Pro can use configured rotation.

Every plan still allows 1 active Overlay link, and Free polls every 8 seconds. The layout choice does not change those limits.

It does not inspect your song

The recommender reads only the scene inputs you provide. It does not open YouTube Music, read the current track, or call a lyrics API.

That means the same inputs always give the same layout. Change the orientation or space answer to see a different recommendation.

Use the tool

Recommended layout: player-multi. Use a 1920×1080 canvas and reserve lower-third or now-playing space. Multi-line or 3D layouts keep surrounding lines for reading. Every plan allows 1 active Overlay link. Free access flattens 3D rotation, limits context to 3 compact lines, disables Karaoke, shows a watermark, and polls every 8 seconds.
