Check the selected lyric source
Automatic mode tries available timed sources before readable plain text. If you manually selected one source, it does not silently switch to another source when that choice is unavailable.
Return to automatic selection when you want the normal fallback order.
Refresh the page and extension state
Reload YouTube Music, start playback again, and reopen the StreamLyric view. Confirm that the extension is enabled for music.youtube.com.
If external lyric lookup fails, check your connection and retry without repeatedly reloading the page.
